This morning I started with a 16 oz glass of water, then a good dose of the Water of the Word. I read in Psalms, Galations, Hebrews, Ephesians and finished in 1 Cor. 14 "Let all things be done decently and in order"...1Cor 14:40

1 stalk celery
parsley
1/4 canteloupe
1/2 cucumber
1/4 pineapple
Juiced
Num!
I think I need to slow down... my body is saying "WHAT?"

light and refreshing..

salad salad and more salad!
midnight snack... I was STARVING!
